Salsa Dancing Workshop
Learn how to salsa in style, with or without a partner. No previous knowledge or experience is required – but everyone will walk away with something new they can be confident to show off on the dance floor. We will cover basic movements, timing, styling, and partnering for one of the most common social dance styles – salsa (LA Style – Salsa on 1)! This class will be taught by dancer and choreographer Seth Brockington. You’ve seen his work in Step Up, Honey, Vampire Diaries and several other movies and TV shows. Seth also teaches and performs worldwide on cruise ships, sharing his in depth knowledge and love of dance with people from all over the globe, and we are excited to host him here at The Yoga Lounge!
Bachata Dancing Workshop

Latin Dancing Workshop
Seth is a fourth place Latin world champion, TV and movie choreographer/dancer, and works all over the world teaching and performing on cruise ships. You’ve seen his work in the Step Up series, Red Notice, The Vampire Diaries and many more. In this class, designed for individuals (though we will cover how to apply your knowledge to partnering at the end), we will cover the basics of the most common Latin styles - salsa, samba, bachata and more. By the end of this class, you will feel confident to step on any dance floor either as an individual or with a partner and make the most of the music.
